As for all the goings on in with ISP's and baby-baby telco's- i don't know. The only thing I could think that they'd be selling REAL bandwidth through their own POPs. Or maybe they f el diversification may help save them in two very costly, competitive yet quickly growing industries.

"Open Door Policy" I love that. For those of you who don't remember, the "Open Door Policy" was the ability to sit down with the "President" and openly discuss issues that effected you and your work. Keep in mind that you were talking to the person who created most of your issues and hated conflicted. So he would tell you whatever you needed to hear to get you out of his office. Hell, I'm still waiting on a response to a memo I sent him, at his request, after one of those sessions. Ah, the memories!!! As for Mr. Marzak, I think you should all leave him alone. He has a big help to me at IOC and since leaving. Why without Davy's assistance I wouldn't have that detailed Aging Report that I sent to all of you. I wouldn't know that Wild Bill is knocking down 110K (yes it's true) a year. And it was David who was nice enough to pay me for 2 additional months for accounts that weren't even mine. I left IOC back in October and just recently got over all (most) the anger and betrayal I felt towards that place. Now things are good. I enjoy going to work and I no long have to be scared to call on my clients because we over-committed, under preformed or reprioritized. It's kinda cool!!! We all have similar war stories coming out of IOC and, don't get me wrong, I love watching IOC squirm for it's very survival. Bashing IOC any furthur is ultimately useless...just look at the bad taste it has left in the mouths of those that wanted to make it work. Time will only tell if IOC will buckle under the many pressures that this industry places on its participants. I have found that leaving IOC wasn't enough for me. I still feel like there getting off easy for all the lies and backstabbing. Any ideas on how I can purge this hatred from my once pure heart???
